2011 Cheer dance competition: EDUC made it to the top!

The cheer dance competition is indeed one of the most exciting parts of every year’s intramurals. In fact, it is the event that needs the biggest preparation. The contest was held on the 13th day of September at the Doña Lualhati Gymnasium. Each course in the collegiate department had an entry for the competition. The weight of preparation and amount of effort exerted by each team was greatly reflected on their colorful gears and make-ups, amazing grooves, astonishing and breathtaking stunts, and energetic chants and cheers. The spirit of harmony and camaraderie was deeply seen in every act performed by each troupe. Undoubtedly, the participants had devoted lots of their time and energy to enable them to present dazzling performances. Every team gave its very best and strived to be at the pinnacle, to be honored as the finest. But only three groups were auspicious to be proclaimed as excellent performers. The College of Education was triumphant to be on top of the fight as the champion; followed by the ComProg Department as 1st runner-up; and BSA as 2nd runner-up
