Eighteen deserving student leaders have taken their oath for office last July 16, 2010.  Led by Kim Charles Tawatao, the elected president of the SBO along with the other officers from different organizations has significantly sworn their duties and responsibilities as the backbones of their colleagues.

 Witnessed by some school officials and faculty members, the oath taking ceremony turned out quite successful the fact that the event was carefully planned under the supervision of their adviser, Engr, Cesar Gaspar.  The proceeding was also attended by students, mostly freshmen.  And they have seen how ICF gives importance to student leadership.

 Two new members of the College Faculty hosted the event. Mr. Jeffrey Rosete and Mrs. Annabelle Roque made the ceremony soundly alive.  “It was impressive to hear that the two are good emcees for our following school activities,” said Mr. Benny Aguinaldo.  “Spontaneity and coherence in public discourse is what I usually observe in many social gatherings, and they got it” he added.
