Abalos: College of Education Candidate Wins Miss ICF 2012

Jenydennele History took its place when 17-year old Cecil Julie M. Abalos- BSE student became and emerged as the star of the night after bagging the Best in Swimsuit Award, Best in Creative Costume and most coveted crown Miss ICF crown on February 10, 2012, 9:00 in the evening at the jam packed Paniqui Public Auditorium

Ms. Talent, Jenny D. De Guzman (FinMan) was crowned as 1st Runner-up and Best in Sarong winner Ms. Denelle Mae C. Banag (Basic Education) placed as 2nd Runner-up.
Five ladies also made their way to the top eight including Ms. Criztel Angelic D. Badar (FinMan) who bagged the People’s Choice Award and Best Creative Costume. Ms. Jean Claudine Abraham (Food and Beverages) captured the Miss Photogenic Award. Ms. Angela Marie C. Bacani (Comprog) snatched the Best in Casual Wear, Ms. Kimberly Pascua collected the Ms. Friendship trophy and Ms. Joanna Marie Aguilar (ACT) also made it to the magic circle of eight.

 

BFP Regional Director RIII Visits ICF

Among all schools in the province of Tarlac, C/Supt. Ariel A. Barayuga, CEO VI and Regional Director of Bureau of Fire Protection Region III chose and evaluated the performance of ICF in the National Simultaneous Fire and Earthquake Preparedness Drill last March 11 at ICF’s college building located at corner Burgos St., and Quezon St.,  “Your participation is quite impressive. I’m giving you a commendation for that performance,” General Barayuga exclaimed.

mayorgeneralAlong with him were also observers from the Red Cross National Headquarters, Txtfire – Manila, headed by Mr. Sherwin P. Ramos, the Municipal Mayor of Paniqui, Mayor Miguel “Dors” Cojuangco Rivilla and his colleagues in the locality, contingents from the BFP Region III were also present,  Col. Eduardo D. Agustin, the Commanding Officer 302 (TLC) CDC from Camp Aquino also assessed the exhibition and of course the firemen from the provincial office also joined the demonstration.
