Meeting the Modern Standards
As greater commitment to productivity intensifies, ICF encourages greater involvement for social, economical and educational enterprise onto greater heights of leadership and the attainment of our local, regional and national goals.
Of more than a decade of crowding and congesting in an old but strong building, ICF is now providing its clientele with a newly structured school edifice which prominently stands corner Burgos Street and Quezon Street. In effect, transportation is accessible 24/7 for that matter.
I C F is now " WIFI ZONE "
